Taking Baby Steps

Monday, July 16, 2012

Hey all.
I am liking the new job (2nd job). Im on my 3rd week, and I get my first paycheck this week. I have been working EVERYDAY since July 5th! I finally get an actual day off this Sunday, so I am looking forward to it.
Im trying to come up with a workout plan. I figure I might be able to get 4 days in, 2 during the week (when Im off 2nd job) and the weekend.
Still trying to come up with an actual plan though. I found this on facebook
designerwhey.com/fitness
/workout-regimens/
so I may start the Basic Training regimen. Its four weeks and the first week is only 15 mins, then each week increases by 5 mins. I think this is a great START for me, to get back into it and do it slowly.
Heck even when I am working at my 2nd job Im lifting gallon jugs, cases of water and soda etc. So I might as well fit in a workout program and work it to my benefit right?

My eating has not been great. So I need to work on that. I did get some granola bars and yogurts. I just need to lay off the junk and booze (on the weekends). The most water Ive been getting is about 4-6 cups.

Tomorrow I am off from my second job, so I that will be my first day of working out. Im looking forward to doing the Basic Training.

How are you doing?

Yay for paychecks! The basic training regimen sound like a good place to start and get you into a routine. Good luck!
