A short trip.

No big trip blog at the moment, I don't have enough time! The whole family went to visit my mother in law this weekend, who lives out of town. She's got shingles right now, and is in such discomfort. I felt so bad for her. I tried to make our visit be a help to her, and I think that was a success. I brought homemade muffins for the breakfasts, made dinners, and washed all the sheets and towels and made the beds before I left.

The good news is, apparently housework DOES count as exercise, because I'm finally moving in the right direction again weight-wise. I'm still not back to my very lowest, but I'm lower than I've been since my backsliding.

I'm feeling pretty great body-wise, and I rewarded myself with a few new nightgowns. Believe it or not, though my youngest is 9, I've still been wearing ratty old maternity gowns! (I had a few cute ones, but even those were big since I've lost this weight). I was excited, because I got to buy smalls, and that was an awesome NSV - plus, I look pretty good in them, if I do say so myself!

Hope everyone has a great day - thanks for all the sweet comments on my trip photos. You are all too kind for allowing me to overload you with them. I'll resume after I catch up on chores for my house, since I spent all weekend on my MIL's!
