Day 14 of Wedding Fit!!

I sort of fell off the wagon at the end of last week. I had my yearly appointment with my cardiologist and found out that my aortic dilation grew (I have a congenital heart defect that is typically fine, but the surrounding aorta has become thinner in the last two years). He's sending me to a cardiac surgeon next week to get his opinion as to whether I need surgery to fix it before I have kids (since the strain of pregnancy puts strain on your heart). I knew this was a possibility, but it's still stressful! Trying to take it all in stride because I know I/we will be fine - but it's definitely another thing to worry about on my plate. I also have my ultrasound for my thyroid follow up in a few weeks so any and all good thoughts & vibes are appreciated ;)
Breakfast: protein pancakes with strawberries, iced coffee
Snack: string cheese
Post workout: chocolate coconut water (DELICIOUS!)
Lunch: Salmon burger with brown rice
Dinner tonight is with friends! I plan on having a lot of salad, a few grains, meat and peaches for dessert (sans ice cream!) and no wine.
