I too, really do not treat the breaks much different than the rest of the rounds. There may be times when I do not weigh in, just for the sake of rebelling, but for the most part I stick with the plan.
This round I have really come into my own with the exercise and have found something I like. So much easier when you enjoy what you are doing.
So this summer break, my biggest challenge is going to be STAYING WITHING THE LIMITS. I can exercise. I can even track. But I just seem to think I need "a little more" and a little leads to a lot and well, no explanation necessary.
I eat fairly clean - probably 80%, but I do seem to gravitate towards volume.
So my personal challenge is to get the "within the limits" fine tuned and take off on this weight loass issue, once and for all.
