I feel stronger! Walking today…and throughout the day this one thought returns over and over in my mind – I feel stronger! I feel strong and healthy. I am glad I’m doing this for me. How did I ever stop? I usually feel really good after I exercise.
I have been drinking protein shakes again. Not every day. I am now in love with blueberries, so in they go to my shake. Yum! When I had my shake today, the kids and their friend even asked for some. I gladly made extra for them. Not only do I feel stronger, I am passing healthy habits on to my kids by being a healthy role model. I feel so blessed.
Quick update – I followed up and have an exercise date for Wednesday. =)
