Keeping on During the Break

I plan to continue on doing what I have been doing.
I just went back to Strength Training 3 times a week. I haven't been doing it since my first operation on May 22nd and I was just ready to restart when I had emergency surgery on June 11.
So now I am happy to say that I am starting in with strength training again.
I am also goin to get more steps in.
I get in about 6500-7000 so I am going to up that amount to at least 8000. I want to hit 10,000 but I"ll do 8000 first.
I usuall only get 4000-5000 on Saturday and Sunday because we don't take our usual walk that day. I will definitly make sure that I get al least 5000 if not more
I have my eating plan lined up already.
My husband and I both eat healthy already but it will be even betterWe are eating more fruits and vegetables and we have fish once or twice a week and we just started having a big salad, with a small piece of protein (tonight it's pork chop) This will be the second time this week.
All in all I think I have a good handle on things.
One of the things that they told me about radiation is that you will feel better if you eat properly and keep up your exercising. So I am listening to what the Doctor says.
