Week 2 day 1 chest and back again

I was all geared up and ready to go this morning! Got breakfast on for the kids while my husband got ready. I was feeling pretty good and definitely feeling stronger than the first time I had to do this video. Then came the over the fence under the fence move towards the end and something happened :( my lower right abdomen muscle torn or something!

It was painful but mostly only when I moved. At first I thought that maybe I just given myself a hernia, but after some googling I learned that it's definitely not a hernia which is good! I just graduated with a very physically demanding degree and hope to be working soon. Obviously hernia surgery would put a damper on picking up other human beings.

So we finish up the rest of chest and back it went on about our day. Movement, especially laughing, hurt pretty bad. I sneezed ones and I was about as painful as when it first happened. All three of my children were born via C-section so be it a week in muscle tear or scar tissue tear I don't now I just wanted to go away ASAP!! I tried to do the ab ripper after my minor injury, that was a joke! 😢 I still managed to complete one whole series of yoga so that made me feel better about everything!

I'm tired and still hurting so I'm throwing in the towel and going to bed. One thing to those considering doing p90x- make sure you have the ability to sleep about 10 hours a night lol
