Oh my gosh 3 days

Wow time flys so fast.. so i've been so busy the last three days cleaning, getting my daughter off to camping, oh and HOME WORK HOME WORK HOME WORK... yet none of it gets done.. sigh..

I finally got my planner i'll get some photos up on here so y'all can see how crazy i am lol.

Right now it sounds like it might rain out but one could only hope..

I have to work tomorrow yet.. then its a wait and see type of deal cause i have to take my daughter to the dentist for the first time on monday .. boy am i not looking forward to that.

other wise things have been alright i slacked again. but i have to keep telling my self its not about losing weight yet so stop giving up .. right now i am just tracking.. ( but when i fill up two pages of a mini notebook on food i think i am eating a little too much)

We just got an ab lounger.. i loved my old one but it just kinda collected dust so now its going to be my commercial work out.. when i am watching my fave shows i am going to do a little work out on commercial time. :)

what else has happened?? hum... not much.. just hoping for rain i guess.

Well off for tonight i am so close to making 1000 points.. maybe i can get even closer tonight ... that's my goal!

    Great exercise plan. Keep tracking but do take a look at the trends and pick something small to change. Just keep taking those small steps and it will add up to something big. Now, I'm going to go take my advice.

    Hot Hot Hot and still no rain!

    Remember all that tracking is a tool....take some time to review those notebooks so you can see the trends good bad and indifferent...then change a little at a time...love your commercial exercise plan! Do what you can!
