The answer is simple and doable. I came across this short video, and, even though I have been well aware of the main points presented, it was helpful in terms of reminding me very vividly of all that important information. The speaker, the graphics, and the details are for sure going to stick in my mind. I am confident it will help me stay focused and motivated.
