Changes Needed NOW

I've been a slacker. Yeah, I've upped the exercise, but even now I'm sitting on the couch, feeling dehydrated, completely resisting the idea of a workout.

I weighed in this morning at 147. This is the most I've weighed in almost a year.

How did it happen? Too much indulgence. Cookies. Cupcakes. Potato chips. Second helpings. Eating 500 calories at 9:00 at night. Bingeing as a way to deal with stress. Sometimes a petulant refusal to admit that I am making bad choices.

So...the new plan:

1. Plan meals and snacks ahead of time and STICK TO THE PLAN.
2. Plan exercise in, much like an appointment.

That's really all there is to it.

Now, I'm getting up to get some water, which I will sip while I plan out today's workout.
