Good Morning Everyone!

Well weighed in this am & lost 1 more pound! Not what I really wanted but a least it's heading in the right direction. My workout yesterday was a long run. Almost 7 miles! It was very nice outside not as hot. Knees very sore today thou. Looks like swimming for me today. Need to give my knees a break. I am so very thankful everyday that the Lord has given me a healthy body that I can workout & enjoy it as much as I do. It does get a little harder to loose when you get almost 50. You have to realize that it is a whole lifestyle change not a quick fix or a miracle diet. It is hard work. Everything has to work together. Exercise, clean eating, proper rest, taking your vitamins. I think the hardest thing is to be patient. It will happen but it takes a lot of commitment. A big part of it is a positive attitude! Keep pushing everyone it will happen. Your hard work & never giving up will pay off! I am 1 pound away from my goal weight! I do have to admit I have worked really really hard in the last 3 weeks to reach my goal. I truly love my Spark family & all the motivation & support that everyone has given to me means a lot! Good luck to everyone on their weigh ins! Have a great weekend & Happy Training!
