Week 6 of TF

I have actually made it past week 1 of TF lol I'm on week 6 to be exact :) I run about 2-3 times a week so I use that as a fire class here and there. I think my problem before was I would run, then still try to get in all the dvds. well sometimes that's just impossible so if I would miss a class i would just stop and feel like I failed. Now I haven't been 100% perfect, but I keep moving forward! I'm so excited I can't wait to see what my results are like.

    Great job! That's one of the things I'm working on, too -- moving forward even if I miss part of a plan. The wish to be perfect without the energy to do it just makes everything break down. Your new approach is much better!
