Feeling Good!

Wednesday, July 11, 2012

Well my workout was much better than I expected. My knees have been really sore these last couple of days. I tried running yesterday & Monday. The pain was to much so I resorted back to the precor machine. Aggravated & didn't want to. It it's better to give the knees a break.
I am just spoiled I guess for running for so many years. I just don't get the same workout I feel as I do when I run. May I am but I just don't feel it. Today I tried it again & to my surprise they didn't hurt! I was so thrilled! Ran for 45 minutes & did a boot camp class for a hour! I am so thankful everyday for my health & that I enjoy & get so much happiness out of working out! It makes me a very happy person! Happy Wednesday everyone! Only 2 more days till the weekend! emoticon emoticon emoticon

You are a beautiful role-model. Hearing you talk about your joy for movement makes me excited to continue this journey, to really make the effort to make my good habits stick and keep falling in love with exercise now so that years from now I can still do all the things I want to do-- and maybe some I haven't even considered yet!

I am glad we ran across each other on here!

It doesn't hurt to throw in something different now and then :) I know when I had to lay out for an injury when I was addicted to running it KILLED me...but I learned a new respect for swimming and other sports too. Then I wanted to do ALL of it :) glad you are running pain free now. :)
