165/1000 Push Ups
22.5 Miles/75 Miles
255/1000 Sit Ups

I think my almost 2 year old son has shared his bronchitis with me. I feel terrible. But I forced myself to do some ST and my walk/run routine. The running intervals seemed like they lasted forever. I was exhausted when I got done, but I am so happy I did it. Hopefully tomorrow I feel better!!
