Week 3

Finally got week 2 done on Sunday. We have had some freak storm that have done damage to those around us. But we are ok.

I'm still averaging 4 mph. This week I'll be pushing past my 'comfort zone'. More than 2 miles. I'm excited. I'm just hoping to be able to get new shoes soon. My feet are starting to hurt.

    Good for you with your exercise. emoticon

    But please be careful working out too much when your feet hurt. It could be something simple like the soles of your shoes are getting worn. But it might also be something serious and you don't want to do more damage. Think of your feet as your equipment and keep them in top shape.
