On Task ...

This morning I woke up with a sore back and a full belly, because I have been over-eating for the past 2 weeks. I'M STILL SMOKEFREE THOUGH!

So last night, I wrote my first journal entry for the Leadership Programme - its 7 pages long ... along with the sore tummy and back, I also awoke with a clear plan for the next 14 weeks. Between Spark People's people, tools and blogs; very supportive workmates who have similar goals; and my coach for the leadership programme who knows my primary goal is 'To be a healthy and confident role model' ... I know I am right on task.

I had a fab walk to work this morning in a refreshing frost ... and my tummy and back aren't hurting now that I've burned off some of the excesses.

By the time summer hits - I should be doing really well :)

    Yesterday I found this site and I love it. I have been on a weight lose program for 46 days now and I have lost weight for sure. 16# to be exact. My friend got me started on a health kick of fruits and vegies but I also eat my yummy foods too. So I signed up for this Visalus 90 day challenge. It's awsome 2 shakes a day add what ever fruit u want to it and really you drink this breakfast lunch, or lunch dinner, or anyway. As long as you substitute 2 meals. I will tell you Im a snacker so I do. But I also will exercise a little more that day then another. I ride my bike at night 3 to 5 miles 2 to 4 times a week and Zumba also 2 x a week. Holy cow you know you can loose yp to 1000 cals with that zumba program. The more fat you have the more cals. u can lose. So go ahead and ck out my site and read up listen to the video and sign up with me. Wala! Happy loosing ladies.
