I wanted to talk today about another awesome picture:

Another quote I would like to add is "Someone who is busier than you is working out right now."

Guess what? They are both SO TRUE!

Yesterday after my workout, I realized that I need to make sure I am getting my pure cardio workouts in above and beyond my bootcamp style trainings. Going back to my blog from yesterday, I knew what I had to do!

I would rather workout and sweat my bootay off for an hour everyday for the rest of my life then to say goodbye to my daughter before I see her grow up because I wanted to spend that time with her.

Do you have something like that? What do you choose over working out? What is more important to you in that moment that makes you ignore your gym shoes? Is it worth a short life? Is it worth the YEARS you will lose of your future?

Before my daughter came into my world, my excuse was TV and/or Myspace. Remember that?!?! haha. Yeah, pathetic! Nothing electronic is worth your LIFE! We MUST make fitness a #1 priority!


I told you all yesterday, that I do BEST when I plan my workouts. If I have an appointment, I am going to do everything I can to keep it. That's what I am going to do with my workouts too - even on non-training days!

My trainer suggests that I workout at least 4 times per week. Here is my schedule:

Monday (7-9-12): Training with Trainer - 6pm - 45 min emoticon
We did 4 rounds of: Step up shuffles, full sit up alternate foot touches, kettlebell swings, step up kicks.

Tuesday (7-10-12): Treadmill and/or Outdoor Jogging - 9pm - 45min to 1hr emoticon
I walked on the treadmill (3.0 mph) for 1 hour while watching Storage Wars... AKA brain suck TV that makes you forget what your body is doing, LOL

Wednesday (7-11-12): Training with Trainer - 5:30pm - 45 min emoticon
We did 4 rounds: sprints to Subway (I would never do this on my own - SO EMBARRASING!!), sit up reaches, sit down/stand up/jump with 10lb weights, squatted cable pulls

Thursday (7-12-12): Treadmill and/or Outdoor Jogging - 3:30pm - 1hr to 1hr, 30 min emoticon
I went outside. It was BEAUTIFUL! I took my daughter with and we had a blast enjoying nature together.

Friday (7-13-12): Training with Trainer - 5:30pm - 45 min

The weekend, I plan to be active outside with the family, but because the weekend is still unplanned, I have not decided when and what I will be doing to stay active during the weekend.
