okay so this is a few days late... but better late than never lol


Drink atleast 7 --16.9oz bottles of water a day want to try for 8- 16.9oz a day
cardio 6 days a week
ST 3 times a week
Stay in my calorie Range
Watch my sodium
Sleep 8 hours a night no more no less!!
other than that stay Active!!!

    Looks good Tara. I wish I could get myself up to 8 hours of sleep, but I am up to 6-7 which is a big improvement from 4-6! I am sure you will have an awesome month!
