Have pretty much isolated my stomach upsets to Melatonin but need to know why I have insomnia when I've never had this much trouble sleeping before.
Happy to say I'm staying in the 3 teens now. That's my pattern if I can loose down to the next level I may go up but will eventually come down to that 10 lb level and stay there awhile. I'm hoping some diet changes I'm making right now will make that stay short as I really want to be 299 sooner then later. Then the goal will be 280.
My son's getting married in May and I'd like to be 250 by then but that's a stretch. It embarrassing for "children" when they have a grossly obese parent but I really wasn't in the mindset to do much about it until recently.
I also believe the better you sleep the less cravings you have for carbs so I really need to find out why I'm not sleeping well and or find a solution that is natural. I have sleep apnea and use a machine but that doesn't seem to be enough.

    Thanks MoMfan - sometimes I think we actually can. Other times, well we don't need to think about those times - gradually it is coming off and I know we'll all feel better and be able to do more when it is off.
