Spring is in the air

We've had some very nice weather in Cincy recently, however that will be ending fairly soon (at least for the next week). I always try to take full advantage of really nice weather by getting outside and getting as active as possible. A few of my favorite things to do on nice days are:

Tennis- by far my best/favorite sport and something that I plan to be able to do for the next 50 years.

Rollerblading- I've taken to a 5 mile trail in Lunken Park that is a decent challenge. I normally try to finish it in about 25 minutes. I have some very innovative rollerblades called "Land Rollers" with 2 huge wheels on each boot.

Hikes- A nearby park, Ault Park, has a great network of trails that I love running or hiking with my friends or girlfriend.

Strength training- fun to do yoga or body weight strength training on a sunny day in the park

Soccer/Football- Also a fun thing to do in the park with a couple other people.

Running- I haven't been doing much of this recently but I know I'll get back into it soon.

Basketball- we have a court next to my house or I visit campus for a really tough game with some old college friends.

What type of activity do you prefer when its 72 degrees and sunny?

    Spring has just hit Boulder, too. Yesterday, we celebrated by doing a hilly 5 mile bike ride over what was 2 feet of snow a few weeks ago. And today, we hit the driving range to practice our chip shots and drives. Time to get fit again--- we'll build it into our corporate schedule. The beauty of a small biz is that you have that kind of flexibility. But you also have the option to work all the time-- also a risk.
