    Yes, SP just linked to an article recently about adding 2 years to your life if you spend less that 3 hours sitting down a day! Does laying down count?! emoticon
    No, seriously it does make sense-so many people now stand part of the time at their desks at work-they even make standing type desks! Watching TV or computer work or a sit down job doesn't look good for those they stay seated too long. I always try to get up at every commercial and do something= exercise, housework or just stand.

    I think most of us would willingly sitting less than three hours a day but so many jobs involve sitting in front of a computer all day. Having said that, sit all day or sign on...
