I have been stressing because of everything going on with my husband that I have not been sleeping well. I know I need the sleep to help me but I just am not getting it. I need to learn some more stress relievers
They say exercise is a great stress reliever, and as a bonus... it might just make you tired enough to sleep better! I know when I get back from my walks I could easily just fall into bed. So sorry to hear that you feel so stressed and then it affects your sleeping. When you feel a little more awake, you could maybe do something that you really enjoy. Like shopping, 2nd hand stores, antique shops or Mall? I know that I tend to run out to do something like that to get me thinking of other things when I'm so stressed. I don't know about you, but I love music so much, that it can really soothe me, with relaxing music or good ole' rock-n-roll, just something to get you moving and get your mind elsewhere.
