    Thanks for your honesty. You are not alone in reaching for a cookie when stressed, frustrated or just to calm down. Probably a retreat for a nap would be good and pretend that the kitchen is a "closed restaurant for now." Definitely shut off the t.v. commercials that are encouraging you to give in to temptations. Your struggles are very real with pickie eaters in the family. They have the power to discourage the best intentions for serving up healthy foods. Perhaps try making a game of developing a core of successful meals that are supplemented with extra veggies or positive choices. My daughter is adding applesauce or other good foods such as pureed veggies ala "sneaky chef type cooking" to get my grandchildren to eat more desirable foods. It sounds like you are actually being successful by distracting yourself with using the SP video site. Congrats for sharing and I'll be praying for you to reach your goals!
