One Step Closer to My Goal

Well I lost 3.8 pounds this week and I feel good about that. I've been feeling really tired tired this week so starting today I'm no longer doing Phase 1 of South Beach diet, I have switched to Phase 2 so that I can eat fruit again. I thought about going another week or 2 on Phase 1 but they don't really advise that because you are more likely to binge having such a limited variety of food. For me I'm just tired of feeling exhausted.

I worked out today using Leslie Sansone's Five Mile Workout and I was a little disappointed in myself. It's been a really long time since I did it, but before I put all of this weight back on I had gotten really good at it and was even doing other exercise tapes when i finished. But this time I had to slow up a lot and I even stopped to rest, but it's okay I'm going to keep doing it until I get back in shape and then I will just do more instead of less.

I would love to climb back in bed and take a nap, but instead I'd better get moving and start cleaning my house before the kids get back from vacation bible school. emoticon

    emoticon Glad to hear you are back on fruits. I'm a vegan and couldn't survive without my fruit. It breaks up the monotony of veggies, legumes, pasta and vegan sauces.
