One Step Closer to My Goal

Well I lost 3.8 pounds this week and I feel good about that. I've been feeling really tired tired this week so starting today I'm no longer doing Phase 1 of South Beach diet, I have switched to Phase 2 so that I can eat fruit again. I thought about going another week or 2 on Phase 1 but they don't really advise that because you are more likely to binge having such a limited variety of food. For me I'm just tired of feeling exhausted.
I worked out today using Leslie Sansone's Five Mile Workout and I was a little disappointed in myself. It's been a really long time since I did it, but before I put all of this weight back on I had gotten really good at it and was even doing other exercise tapes when i finished. But this time I had to slow up a lot and I even stopped to rest, but it's okay I'm going to keep doing it until I get back in shape and then I will just do more instead of less.
I would love to climb back in bed and take a nap, but instead I'd better get moving and start cleaning my house before the kids get back from vacation bible school.
