I had to look at my last update to see what I was up to. Sad, ain't it? LOL
We're in July. Although I did graduate in January, I did a bootcamp of sorts to help with my coding to take my certification exam in May. I flunked that baby big time. Not advising to take that test sick with a cold or no sleep the night before. I still have til next May to take it again free of charge.
I think I've found the ultimate meds to hamper my asthma. My combination of prescriptions Rhinocort and Xyzal have worked for me. I'm totally off my asthma meds and only using these two allergy medications. The Rhinocort is a nasal spray and the Xyzal is a little pill. I take both in the morning and holds me all day. Let me tell you, the day I miss that nasal spray, I'm in for it. So, needless to say, I've been BACK OUTSIDE!!!! WAhoo!!! Just a little, though. I got to hike up a big mountain that about did me in, but I did it ASTHMA FREE!!!! Yep - this little medical condition of mine is going away which means that I can enjoy my outdoors again! Although the past couple of weeks have been horribly hot in the 100s it's been impossible to do anything; but this week it'll be in the 80s and I plan to do more outside.
I've still be using my DVDs at home. I enjoy that.
My eating hasn't gotten any better. I'll try eating good one week and then flop the next; but I know what works for me - M O V I N G.....
I am back up to my original heavy weight...but knowing that once the weather breaks, I'm back out doing what I like best and hope to feel better soon...
I am having some work issues too and have a neck MRI on the 13th of this month. I was diagnosed with ridiculopathy with a pinched nerve at the C7 of my neck. Not sure what this MRI will show, but I am losing strength in my arms and pain in doing my work.
Lessseee...what else..? Sarah is working on getting her drivers license. She took the test once and did the driving part right, she just failed the parallel parking. So she's been working on that and taking care of her pigs. I think I have a picture somewhere...I'll have to add it to the album here. Once we have our local Youth Fair in August, the pigs will go away and she's hoping to get a job soon. She still has Murray, the horse.
Husband has still been husband. Marriage has been rocky this year...just taking one day at a time.
Until next update, hope everyone is doing okay.
