Feeling pretty good today

Even though over the weekend with family I went way off of my calories, my weigh in this morning was still down. I did set my alarm for 30 minutes earlier to get up to walk, but was just way too tired to get up. I'll try that again tomorrow :)

    Are you in my head. I totally make plans to get up earlier to excersize, but spend to much time messing around at night and go to bed too late. Then, I'm tired in the AM and it starts all over again. You can do it!
