changing routine due to foot pain

Ok so I've been walking for miles, working on my feet and my feet are saying enough for a while. I'm stretching and taking Ibuprofen, but it doesn't seem to be enough so I guess I'll go back to the stationery bike for a while. I don't want to lose stream and I'm feeling so good about exercise, I don't want to stop. I hate the bike but.... sucking it up and getting on it in the AM! I hope my feet heal fast!

    Thanks for the great feedback! I'm going to try swimming laps and jogging in the pool and my stationery bike. Ordered the new swimsuit today. Maybe rowing on weekends.

    You have to listen to your body. How about walking in the water? I do water aerobics in our outdoor pool and it is fun in the summer. I wear water shoes (cheapies from Walmart or Kmart) to further support my feet.

    get great shoes, ice and heat afterwards
    i'm glad you are listening to your body- pain in the feet is no fun!
