I am just not a Monday person. I think it has more to do with not liking my job than anything else. So, here I am (at work) and doing a SP blog... oh well. I've been sending out my resumes like crazy, so I can land a "big girl" job. No luck so far. But, I shan't be deterred!
I didn't get on the internet at all this weekend. Crazy, huh? So, here are my days 3,4, and 5 of the 80 day weight loss challenge.
Day #3: Is your UGW in an unhealthy range of BMI?
-----No. I am only 5'2", so my goal weight of 125 is a healthy 22.9 BMI. Currently, my BMI is on the border of "unhealthy" and "obese" (30.2 to be exact)
Day #4:Have a vegan day today. No meat, no eggs, no dairy, no animal products whatsoever. Give it a try!
-----Oops, I've done this before though. I love to juice. So, I will do this tomorrow!
Day#5: What is your favorite healthy food?
----oh man.. I can't pick just one! I love all veggies and fruit. I guess one of my favorites though is salmon. I could eat salmon everyday if I could afford it :)
