Hello space inbetween my tighs! *waves* catch ya later rubbing!

So I havn't been on in ages but I have been working my butt of quite littirally it would seem as I jamp on the scales this morning and *joy* I've lost much more than expected. My excercise plan for the past few weeks has been as follows
Monday rest
Tuesday 20/20/20 then spin in the morning then a half hour spin class and bums tums and thigh class at night
Wednesday body attack or yoga and pilates
Thursday rest
Friday rest (I do a double shift on friday though which involves me being on feet for a solid 11 hours of the day)
Sat Body pump and zumba
Sunday body combat and body pump

I've also been sticking at the toning beds on my rest days as it is super easy and even though I'm not 100% sure I wont get the same results just gyming it I def feel much better after I have done it! I seriously think if you have some near you it's a great way to get everything a little bit tighter!
Can't belive how good I feel, I'm littirally high on life. I even put of my weekly glass *cough* or two or three*cough* of wine the past two weekends. Not this weekend though, celebrations all round as my little nephew got out the hospital (that's as good an excuse as any in my book :) )

I really wish I could share some of how I am feeling today, I never thought it could ever happen but it just shows if you work hard and don't give up on yourself anything is possible even for *big fat em-man* in your face folk who douted me just wait till this time next year ;) XX
