Great services this am. I played at both and when we left the church it was 101 degrees. I went home and fixed some lunch and I've been napping since.
My goal this week is to go back to recording my shakes, entrées & fruits/vegetables. Every few weeks I slack off actually writing it down. Last week I didn't and I know that I didn't drink all my shakes. The scripture is a reminder that dieting is hard and recording my food intake can be boring, but the end result is a fit and healthy temple.
We're expecting a thunderstorm this afternoon so I'm posting early. My knees/hip feels 100% so I hope to exercise (dvd) after the storm. On the positive side I did exercise 6 days last week.
