emoticon emoticon on the weight loss!

I have to say that your 4th of July goodies sounded pretty yummy and we've all been there. Good for you that you tracked it ALL and knew later exactly what you had "enjoyed". It is always bettter to know, for sure. And then you got right back on track and had the loss! YAY!!!!
Happy for you that you sre sticking with it through thick and thin. This is what it will take and you are SOOOOOO worth it. Stay active, the 5K your way sounds perfect for you right now and keep on sparking!!

You can do it! You're so close to the 200's! Just keep looking forward and keep making healthy choices. Indulgence is OK in moderation. Way to go on the 5k your way! I'm doing it too! I'm on week 2 currently. It's tough stuff, but I feel my stamina building. As for your question...

Question for Eppy 12: How do you fight cravings of epic proportions when they hit?

Before SP I would just eat...and eat. Or be the kitchen ninja and try and hide my escapades from my wife. I think just trying to make myself more accountable for what actually goes in my mouth helps. And checking my blood sugar and not seeing it the 200s. My wife helps me so much. Having someone along for the journey makes everything a little easier. I think also updating my blog helps too! I can hold myself accountable to the world that way. Good luck :) Thanks for the posts of encouragement on my blog.

Yea, I know all about the gobble monster. Congrats on doing so well on your exercising! Hopefully, the gobble monster will take a chill pill for now and not bother you so much.
