Well headed back home today. It was a wonderful 4 days in South Carolina. I am so proud of me & my husband for staying on our diet plan & eating healthy for our whole trip! We brought our lunches fixed in our hotel room, ate healthy breakfast at hotel & ate our dinners out, but choose healthy options. This is the 1st time we have ever gone on vacation & stuck to our plan the whole time! You can do this when you travel just plan ahead what you are going to eat & pack your coolers. We had our canned tuna & chicken, wheat saltine crackers, fresh fruit. Breakfast we had yogurt & fresh fruit. Dinners we choose baked fish & seemed veggies instead of potatoe or rice. We also passed on the bread basket & dessert! We felt so much better after eating healthy. We also worked out everyday we were on vacation! I am a runner & we stayed right by a Christian college which was great I had a wonderful place to run. It was very hot thou. I stay very hydrated. I do have to say Spark people has helped me stay on track. Being accountable tracking my eating, fitness & weigh ins. I was disappointed about not losing any weight this week but didn't gain either.(that's good) I have lost inches thou. I hope everyone is doing good with their Challange.
