Discovering Spark and the people

I am so glad that since joining SP on Friday I have managed to stay on track, with the food I am eating, the water I am drinking, and have managed to track exercise Friday and Saturday too. I am sitting now deciding what exercise I will do tonight as I want to keep my streak intact.
. I will either go for a run or head to the gym and try it out, don't feel comfortable in the gym as I am not sure how to work the equipment properly, so maybe that's the challenge. Go and give it a crack.
. I am delighted with the interaction of other Spark users.
On 21st July I am running a
, looking forward to it, it's been a couple of months since my last one which was very hilly resulting in a slow 68 minute result.
I have been working all weekend, and have been busy, I feel quite tired tonight.
So I'm going to head now before I sit too long and not want to move.
Edited to say, went to the gym used three cardio machines and burned 410 calories, so happy with that
