June Loss & Birthday Gain

Happy July! I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July! My birthday was on the 2nd, so I've had a great birthday week!

For the month of June, I lost 4 lbs and about 2 inches...and then I gained it back this week. DOH! That's ok though, we're allowed to have a fun week everyonce in awhile, as long as it doesn't last long and we jump back up quickly.

I didn't do my ST or tracking in June like I wanted. I honestly, just forgot most the time. I've been really forgetful lately, and I can honestly blame that on the new job. I'm happy and blessed to have my job, but I have SO much going on there, my mind is just a lump of mush after work. Hopefully this will get better soon. We've lost some very essential people recently and their replacements should be in office chair by 1 August.

So for July...survive! :) Get my ITIL certification done, TRY to REMEMBER to track and add ST but at the very least...just keep moving. haha. Thank goodness for neighbor friends holding me accountable with our walks in the evening.

I can't remember if I was going to say anything else on here... LOL

    Sarah, you still managed to get in your 1000 fitness minutes for June and with all that was going on that is pretty amazing. Birthday weeks are NOT for worrying about calories or exercise. The rest of the month, however....LOL! You are going to be fine and that 4 pounds will disappear pronto!
