10k My Way - Week 1 - Day 3

5 am - 60 degrees, much nicer running weather than what I had on the 4th.

Today was a much better run, not just because of the temperature and humidity level, but also I am not so sore. I have just a small hint of the shine splints I got Monday running my initial 10k time. And my hips don't hurt anymore. :o) Made it just a little further today.

Week 1 Plan: walk for 1 min, jog for 3 mins, repeat 7 times for a total of 32 mins.

I made it 2.66 miles today. Not to bad. emoticon
