Two Healthy Weeks

I have had a couple of really good weeks food wise. The last few weeks have been very stressful, and for me that usually means vending machine visits and trips to fast food restaurants for lunch instead of eating what I packed.

But for the first time, it hasn't meant that for me. I have controlled my emotional/stress eating. I have stuck to what I have portioned for breakfast, snack, and lunch. I have not made any trips to the vending machine. I have not eatin out for lunch. And I have even stayed away from the Friday donuts!!!

I was worried with this being 4th of July week. But I have managed to have the scale move down everyday. Tuesday night it was so warm, so we took the kids to a movie. Had popcorn for dinner. Scale still went down. 4th of July enjoyed some great foods, but everything in moderation. Scale went down.

The first two months on SparkPeople I gained and lost the same 4 lbs. So far, the last two weeks I have been very consistent with very little up and mostly down.

Hopefully I can keep it up when we go on vacation in a week.
