Hills, sprints and caves

Just came back from this week's sprint training. 7x200m sprints with a minutes' rest (walk) between sprints.

This hill is part of my training. Run up and down 7x. Will be 8x next week. And maybe 9x a week later. Hopefully, sprints and hills will increase my endurance and speed.

Hiking last week. Inside a cave. Very pretty.

    This lava cave was only 15m deep but wide, had an unusually smooth walking surface and you could walk around upright and enjoy the view. I'm usually claustrophobic but not this time.
