Goals are Dreams with a Deadline

Settling, accepting what is? Is that where I am? No! I have places I want to go!
I have seen the dark side. Not being able to move. Pain. Feeling lousy.
Since starting the Aqua Aerobics, I have found that I am sleeping though the night. Getting solid rest. What???
Yes I am awaking more refreshed.
Who knew that class would impact my sleep.

My goals for the summer...
Stay Active.
~ Aqua Aerobics 3 times a week.
~ Your Way to a 5K
~ Classical Stretch

Eat more PlantStrong:
~ Breakfast - 5 times a week or more
~ Lunch - 6 times a week or more
~ Dinner - 3 times a week

Outlining my actions helps me achieve my goals.
I am moving toward more freedom.

    GREAT! I totally agree with everyone that these are great goals. Have you put them under "other goals" on Spark? Then you can tick them off each and every time you do them. I love that feature and change my goals often.

    Love your plan. You are busting through those self-limitations. Been watching the water aerobics class across the pool from DD's swim lessons -- WHAT a workout those ladies do! Interesting to watch how each participant owns their level yet pushes just past their limits. Too bad we aren't next door instead of literally cross-the-country, I'd join you!

    Aqua Aerobics would be my pick of any activity. Easy on the joints, gets the heart going and strengthens all at the same time.

    Good for you and I know what you mean about sleeping. Whenever I fall off of the exercise wagon I notice right away that I'm not sleeping as well.

    I accept where I am now in order to get to where I want to go. If I didn't accept it, I might deny it and not move on. Have a good day.

    Water Aerobic really has made a difference in my life. It really is easier on the joints and despite peoples perceptions it can be a great workout. It is like any other workout you can either get your heart rate up or just relax right through it. I like the fact that you can use it to fit your needs. At my old gym we had a variety of classes . FUN stuff!
