It’s been a great day. I just finished my favorite dinner – BBQ and Cole slaw. I found these individual bowls of pork barbeque by Lloyds. It comes in a twin pack and I’ve found it at Target and Walmart in the refrigerated (lunch) meat section. One bowl has 150 calories, 3.5 g fat and 11g protein. I made the slaw using Walden Cole slaw dressing; I added some green peppers to the ready-made Cole slaw mix, some celery seeds and a packet of stevia sweetener.
I’m also enjoying a chocolate shake – SF Chocolate to which I added 1 teaspoon of chocolate pudding and some sliced strawberries. I could drink another one; it really has the consistency of a shake made with ice cream.
The bridge building activity went well but we didn’t finish so I’ve arranged to go back next Thursday. Tomorrow I’ve volunteered to help feed the homeless. We’re frying fish and grilling hotdogs. After standing in the heat for 3 hours, I probably won’t want ANYTHING to eat.
