What the HELL has happened to me.

I am having a really hard time sticking with a plan. I need to lose weight. Know what I need to do but I cannot commit to anything I am just to tired or really feel like those mini M&m's I know I look horrible in my dress but I am losing time not committing. I am my own worst enemy. I came across one of those inspirational quotes that said If you give up today think of how much youll regret it in 3 months form now when you could be 15-20 lbs lighter. It is so damn true. I need every day to count. I am now looking for quick fixes as I only have 7 weeks left... God almighty. Some one kick me.....

I have 7 weeks to tone up. Look I am not looking to lose too much weight as such just to tone up and feel better. Lose some of the muffin top and just feel good. I would like to lose a dress size.
So I am going to look for inspiring pics and watch transformation vids on youtube to get me in the right frame of mind if anyone has any ideas on how to lose a fair amount of weight fast let me know. It is initially for the wedding then I will get back to the slow and steady and consistency of it all. Why is it when I am so desperate I go the other way....

    Dukan Diet will get the weight moving. Download the book off Amazon. It is working for me. It is much like other commenters suggested. High protein and non-starchy veggies. No processed foods. No bread. Get your carbs from non-starchy veggies. Also adds Oat Bran which is higher in protein than other grains.

    First Phase of Dukan you can easily lose 10 pounds. No joke. Then second phase is a steady weight loss every few days lose a pound.

    Make sure you get the book so you fully understand how it works. don't just hit the highlights that you google. Need all the info from the book.

    There is a Dukan Team on here as well. I am on it. Also, there is a Dukan Website where you can sign up for coaching and find your "True Weight" by using their formula. Also, there is an iphone app with recipes. Hope that helps.

    Try joining a challenge. That may help you to stay on track. I know how you feel when you're tired, but you gotta push through the workouts anyways. You'll feel better afterwards. emoticon

    I have lost the most weight when I stick to good quality proteins, lots of veges and salads and 2 pieces of fruit each day - very clean eating, carbs from veges and fruit, no sugar and empty carbs - with daily walking and 2 weight training sessions each week. You can do it - I totally understand your self sabotage worries - take each day as it comes - baby steps each day.
    You can do it - you will look great on the day!

    You are a beautiful young woman.... Focus on where you want to be.. those pics are great. Just affirm to yourself everyday that you ARE in control and don't let any other voice deter you.     Firstly, You are and will def look beautiful on your big Day.
    As for the quick way, this is what I did before my wedding... tried P 90 X and reduced my food intake, removed all carb,sugar. had salads, boiled veg, lots of fruits and juices. I know its not the best thing to do but it will kick start your motivation when you see results.
