In week one I tried so hard to make sure that I was doing everything right eat the right portions and all. However I was not doing this. I was not getting enough protein and some days carbs. I had posted that I was not getting what I needed and I had some people reply back on how to try and bring them up. But I did stay in the Calorie goal this whole week which is so much better then what I had been doing before. I have not had very much junk food. I will admit that one day I just did not feel like cooking so I went to McDonalds and got chicken nuggets. Granted it took me all day to really eat them but it made for higher calories that day. I have been drinking 8 glasses or more of water each day. I am only having one soda a day ( this is cause I do not drink coffee so I drink soda for my caffeine) I have made all my goals for the fast break and I am excited about that because I am not very good at making my goals. I have been at least walking or doing zumba every day for a half hr. I feel a lot better.
