Gluten is a real Culprit

So, I have been fatiqued, depressed, stiff and just plan ol' not feeling good. I went back to eliminating gluten from my diet and I am feeling so good. I thought it was all in my head, but I am gluten sensitive.
Just a suggestion to those who may feel the same--eliminate oats, barley, wheat and rye from your diet and see what happens.
God answers prayer.
