finally relaxing

This must be what it means to relax....I am absolutely loving every second of this trip! I am having great adventures with my girls and tonight (around 12am) my husband will join the fun for the rest of the time we are here! GOd I miss his face! I have been working out which has really made this an easy transition. Two Days in a row now I have walked to (or ran) the gym a little more than 1 mile away and done my ST and run/walked home. I have felt truly amazing.
I think also my hormone/period.bleeding issues are finally working themselves out which Im sure is helping with my mood. The kids are having so much fun! yesterday while my MIL went to Sallies (boy did I stock up and will be going back tomorrow) they spent the day with their Grampy at the playground and then came home for lunch. After we returned and settled in I took the girls and their Grampy out to a movie (Madagascar 3)! It was very cute, fast paced and colorful.....We all enjoyed it.

My food on the other hand is a whole other issue. I have just released the reins and given myself permission to eat what ever I want as long as its clean (no sugar/flour). I dont care (must be vacation mode) if I gain, ill deal with it at home. The funniest part about that is that I feel better, my digestion is really "normal" feeling, no stomach issues and I have tons of energy. So what the heck does that mean? LOL. But i fugure its good clean food, Im nurishing my body and no one cooks like my FIL!

SO thats the scoop. I am in the middle of trying to convince my MIL to change my flight so I can stay another week with the kids. Fingers crossed. But even if we dont get to thats ok...

I'm so glad you're having a good time!! Proud of you for all that walking and running and staying active. The food thing will be fine, like you said it's nourishing your body and you feel good, so it must be fine!! Enjoy the time you have there and don't worry :)
