    Your goals rock my world, and I know you can do this. And can I just say you are a genius? 5 slip ups is such a smart idea. It is so unrealistic for us to think we are going to have an absolutely 100% perfect month, and by making that our goals we are setting ourselves up for failure. You saying okay, things are going to happen, but no more than 5 times is such a great tool. I know you are going to rock these goals. :)

    I love Leslie Sansone... okay wait... at this point I actually want to punch her perky self in the face... she is a lot to take day in and day out, so I mute her and crank up my tunes, but I love her dvd's. The first one I got was like 10 bucks, it had a 1, 2, and 3 mile walk. I loved it because I could build up. I am just now to the point where I can do 3 miles. It's so fun to see the progress, even like Lacey said with a 1/2 mile and so on. :)

    I think those are some great goals :) I don't think it's a bad thing to drink after 11, my view on water is you should drink when ever you a thirsty no matter what time it is. I'm sure your right about retaining water, after i did all that walking on my vacation I was swollen for a week - take it easy this week, start working out slowly and get that water in and I'm sure you'll see a difference next week. I know you can do it!

    I wanted to mention Leslie Sansone dvd for walking at home, I started with this and it's really good!


    It's a great work out and you can start with just half a mile and work your way up. :)
