Staying on Track!

So excited about July 4 coming up. Any day off of work is great right? Going out of town for the 4th & thru the weekend. Well I have my list & everything checked off. This time its going to be different thou. Me & my husband have planned out our meals for our trip so we both can stay on track! My husband has been on the Atkins diet for the last 3 weeks & I have cut out carbs to help him & myself. We are only eating lean protein, fresh vegetables & fresh fruit. My husband is not eating fruit quite yet. ( he's still Ipin phase 1) We are taking fruit & veggies to our hotel & our tuna & chicken so we are eating healthly. We have a microwave & a fridge. We will eat our dinner out but only order what's healthy! This is a new for us. Especially going on a fun trip. We look at it this way. We have both tried so hard to stay focused & lost weight that we are scared it will come right back. I hope everyone has a great Holiday coming up & you can do anything you set your mind to.
