Rock It challenge and Day 8

So the challenge this week for Rock it is 3-5 workouts a week at least 30 minutes long. I can do this! Even though I did nothing last week lol!!!!!

So the plan,
Monday - 30 minutes indoor work at night (indoor work is either elliptical or stationary bike or a combo of the two)
Tuesday - WALK!! 60 minutes
Wednesday - Walk 60 minutes
Thursday - walk 60 minutes
Friday- 30 minutes indoor work
Saturday - 30 minutes of yoga.

I'm planning 6 days right now because I don't know what the weather will be doing this week. :)

As for Day 8!

1) I like that I am realistic and not a pessimist today
2) I like that I am willing to fight for my kids
3) I like that this nightgown is kinda loose now :D PROGRESS!!

    Hurray for progress - and the further you go, the more things will be loose - am cleaning out my closet AGAIN cause so many clothes are so loose I look silly in them - things I bought a month ago are getting looser. That makes me happier than the numbers on the scale. For so many years I would feel like crying while getting dressed - trying to figure out which things in my closet would fit me - now they all fit... Keep going, keep going, keep going - you have got this and we will celebrate together when ALL your clothes are loose!!!!
