Rock It challenge and Day 8

So the challenge this week for Rock it is 3-5 workouts a week at least 30 minutes long. I can do this! Even though I did nothing last week lol!!!!!
So the plan,
Monday - 30 minutes indoor work at night (indoor work is either elliptical or stationary bike or a combo of the two)
Tuesday - WALK!! 60 minutes
Wednesday - Walk 60 minutes
Thursday - walk 60 minutes
Friday- 30 minutes indoor work
Saturday - 30 minutes of yoga.
I'm planning 6 days right now because I don't know what the weather will be doing this week. :)
As for Day 8!
1) I like that I am realistic and not a pessimist today
2) I like that I am willing to fight for my kids
3) I like that this nightgown is kinda loose now :D PROGRESS!!
