My Progress since My Move......

It has now been 2 months since I have moved and started the New Chapter in my life. I have made progress. I have done better than I would have thought. Things I have accomplished so far:
1) I am motivated
2) No more binge eating
3) I am sleeping a lot more
4) Getting outside more
5) Doing more yard work. My kids bought me a hand mower as I asked. Burning lots of calories cutting the lawns.
6) Reposted my workout chart
I still have a lot to do. But I am on my way. I am feeling better about myself. I am happier. I am working on getting back into my Cardio/Strength Training Routine. I have lost 10 pounds since I have moved. But I will have to admit some of that weight was weight I had gained before I moved. I had gotten stuck in a rut because I was literally stuck in my apartment due to neighbors and a not so good neighborhood. My doors and windows closed all the time because of my neighbors smoking. Now I am outside every day doing something, whether it be watering, gardening, yard work or just walking or enjoying the great outdoors. I also need to track my food daily. I am taking baby steps not to overwhelm myself.
The one thing I need to do is start walking more. I am going to do the Relay for Life again this year. Last year I was unable to walk due to my knee injury. I have almost recovered from that. So I am careful not to reinjure myself. I will start getting out on the trails more to get ready for the Relay for Life walk.
So, I continue to meet the goals I set for myself when moving up here. I can’t wait until I can say I am in “Onederland”.
