Fitness schedule - ROCK IT challenge

This Wednesday, being the 4th of July, I decided to celebrate my own "independence day" by signing up at Anytime Fitness! I am excited to start strength training again, especially since my next 1/2 marathon is in November!!!
I would like to try to get in some "me time" by walking for at least 30 minutes on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. That will give me enough time to get over my stinkin' sinus infection! Go figure.
