Informal Workout Log

Although I record in the Fitness Log section of SparkPeople, I would like to start keeping an informal list of workouts. The blog filling up will make me feel successful and give me a glimpse at all of the hard work that I am doing. I'm planning to exercise with a friend this evening, and will begin posting how active I was each day, at the end of the day.
