June Goal Report

Well I hit some and I missed some, but progress was made and that is what I focus on more. I did get 3,500 cals burned every week. That makes 9 weeks in a row. Hoorary.

I didn't quite get to the 3,000 fitness minutes this month. I got 2781 so close. I need to get motivated earlier in the month, to do just a bit more each week.

I did get a few more fruits and veggies in. I need to do better about using the fruit/veggie tracker though.

I did finish the 28 day challenge. Got the Trophy.

And I lost 3.4 pounds this month. YEAH. I'm so close to that next goal. I want to be in the next lower decade.
